It used to be that certified gluten-free foods were difficult to find. They mostly appeared on the shelves of health food stores and other specialized outlets. Now almost all grocery stores have a specialized gluten-free foods display area in addition to the gluten-free certified foods found in the regular aisles. And, with current food labeling regulations, it is much easier to identify safe foods among ordinary items on your grocers' shelves.
Nevertheless, we still get requests for where to shop.
The following listing covers many of the outlets known to have certified gluten-free offerings. There are many more and the fact that any particular store does not appear on this list does NOT indicate that it doesn't offer gluten-free products.
